    Came in Shenzhen to relax and have fun, this brand-new hotel was reasonable base for doing it. I appreciated central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television in the large room. The location was comfortable and incredible - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. The area was very nice.

    USB outlets in the walls and various light settings were very convenient. The hotel room had two TVs, which was a nice added touch.- The location of the hotel was great, with a shopping mall and subway station nearby.

    The exhaust in the washroom was not adequate and there was occasional smell of smoke from neighboring rooms. The hotel did not have a service to send up parcels and food delivery, which would have been helpful.
